My name is Olga Antonini and I completed the three classical disciplines of Chinese Medicine: BSc (Hons) Acupuncture (2005), Post graduate Tui Na Massage (2007) and an MSc in Chinese Herbal Medicine (2013) from University of Westminster

My clinical experience began in 2001 as a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist, then Chinese Medicine in 2005 and I work in four different clinics in London.

I worked for seven years in a multi-disciplinary Physiotherapy clinic, gaining extensive knowledge on musculo-skeletal conditions and rehabilitation exercises, which were applied to teaching Tuina Massage at the University of Westminster Polyclinic.
I also study different styles of Acupuncture (Master Tung & Hara Diagnosis), to be able to take different approaches and to better assist clients with very complex health issues.

I trained in the Gynaecology & Obstetrics and Gastrointestinal Departments at China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan and at the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Vietnam. My post graduate UK studies focused on Acupuncture in Assisted Fertility, Autoimmune Diseases, Digestive Disorders, Bloodletting, Treating Chronic Pain and Abdominal Diagnosis.

I strongly believe in dietary advice and I have used my previous career as a Chef to create a food blog providing gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, keto & paleo recipes, to help clients that need to be on anti-inflammatory diets for health or fertility reasons.

I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher and I have been teaching classes at King’s College Gyms since 2018, focusing on teaching in-depth poses to enable the body to become strong and healthy. For information on classes and prices please go to Events & Classes.

In the Newsletter page you will find explanations of illnesses in relation to Chinese Medicine theory and how to best treat them.

Finally I have a YouTube Channel, In2 Health, where you can find recipes, Yoga classes, Acupressure videos and exercises to treat specific body part injuries.
