Events & Classes

We normally run​​​ Yoga Classes for All at the King’s College Gym Centres at London Bridge, the Strand and Waterloo.
These are the schedules for the classes and they are £6 per 24 hour Gym Pass, and you will need to book the class on the same day (you cannot book in advance unless you are a member):
  • Waterloo: Currently no classes at this centre. Kings sport, 127 Stamford St, SE1 9NQ, 020 7848 4650
  • Yoga Strand: Mondays 19.00- 20.00 (Olga). King’s college, Bush House North West Wing, WC2B 4PA, 020 7848 2260
  • Pilates Strand: Thursdays 18.00- 19.00 (Olga)- as above
​We are also running a few Chair Yoga Classes for over 60s in few Community Centres at £3 per 1 hour class.

Healing Creams

We have developed a range of ​​​​body creams that are totally natural and hypoallergenic made with beeswax, Vitamin E Oil, distilled rose water, glycerine and Vitamin C Powder as a preservative. They moisturize and get absorbed by the skin very well without staining clothes or being oily.

For skin conditions we use the same base cream to which we add Chinese Herbal Decoctions for:
  • acne- this is a gel and not a cream
  • eczema
  • seborrheic dermatitis
  • psoriasis 
We only make these creams by order, to try to keep them as fresh as possible and also because they only keep for 6 months due to their all natural contents, so use the Contact Us Form or call us on 020 7820 3942 to order some and please specify product and size wanted:
  • 30ml jar- £12 + £3.00 P&P

Free From Chef- Recipes Blog

We now run a Recipe Blog, called FreeFromChef, based on gluten, sugar and dairy free recipes, as well as paleo, vegan and ketogenic recipes.
 
This blog was created to help out everybody out there that for health reasons has to follow a specific diet.
 
The recipes have both sweet and savoury dishes and you can also purchase any item you don’t have directly from the recipe.
